Incorporate Vintage Touches
Anything vintage will add a touch of glamour and sophistication to your home and it doesn't have to come with a heft price tag either. Browse thrift shop stores and you can easily find vintage rugs, accent lamps, and more.

Michelle Boudreau Design
This is such a fun way to enjoy time with your family outside this summer. Adding an outdoor television instantly upgrades your home and sets a warm tone for your entire home. And it's only $175 to $300 to install, according to Zillow.
Put Up a Fence
When you picture the suburban dream, it's easy to picture a perfect white picket fence on a perfectly cut lawn. It's a classic staple for most homes and will certainly get you more views on your house when you sell it. Plus, a fence is always a good idea for families with pets.
Build a Pergola
A pergola is a standing structure that helps you cool down from the heat. It's usually placed in the backyard for added shade in the summertime and is growing in popularity for homeowners.
Homeowners are prioritizing finding new ways to cool down in the outdoors and this is a perfect non costly solution.

And an Outdoor Sound System, Too
Homes with outdoor sound systems can get 18% more saves per day according to Zillow and we can understand why. It's ideal for people who love to host and bring people together.
